Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ElevaSole, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, ensuring that your orthopedic sandals and footwear reach you safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with your tracking number.

2. Estimated Shipping Times (United Kingdom) Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time to the UK is typically 7 to 12 business days (with an average delivery time of 9 days). Please note: these are estimated timeframes. Delays caused by courier processing, local postal services, or public holidays are outside of our control.

3. Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier's system.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages We monitor our shipments closely. However, if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at elevasole@gmail.com. Our team will open an official investigation with the courier to locate your package. Please allow us a few days to review the case with the logistics provider before a resolution — such as a free replacement — is determined.

5. Items Damaged in Transit We stand by the quality of our footwear, but we know rough handling during transit can occasionally happen. If your ElevaSole order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at elevasole@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging. Our support team will carefully review your case to authorise a replacement or provide an appropriate solution. Claims without photographic proof cannot be processed.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will review the case, but ElevaSole cannot be held responsible for the cost of a replacement.
