Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on footwear that has been worn outdoors or used, unless the item is defective upon arrival.

2. Starting a Return To start a return, please contact us at elevasole@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ElevaSole cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

4. Damages and Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at elevasole@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We stand by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. Please include clear photos of the defect so we can resolve the issue promptly with a free replacement or full refund.

5. EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped within the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging in accordance with hygiene regulations.

6. Refunds You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at elevasole@gmail.com.
